TRANSFER from the Hotel to Marco Polo Airport

Customers must be ready at the mooring near the Hotel Carlton on the Grand Canal at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time (set  normally 2 hours and 30 minutes before take-off).

Please notice the boat will not wait  more than 5 minutes for you.

Rate includes one (1) piece of luggage per person on board, any extra piece of luggage must be paid for in cash  as you board. Porterage is not included, the pier is a 10 minutes walking distance from the air terminal.

Departures from Venice to the airport operate between 6.40am and 6pm

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the booked service. There will be no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before the booked service time and for no shows. There will be no refund if you do not communicate change of flight details.
