In September,  actors, directors, celebrities and starlets from all over the world flock into Venice!

The Venice Film Festival brings not only movies and prizes but also, and above all, many glamorous  parties and themed evenings.

 On September 5th, Top of the Carlton will host a  super fun SWING PARTY! 

The craze for ELECTRO SWING PARTIES, the exclusive parties that are conquering the whole world, has arrived on our terrace! This is an alternative way to experience these sparkling Venetian nights mixing swing atmosphere of the 30s with contemporary music.

Gilbert Chiellin will propose GISHOW, a remake of swing songs with a modern twist: Gilbert (singer-crooner and show-man) and Gianni Gei (piano-keyboardist and live-electro-dj) will propose new and sometimes improvised sounds, in which the voice and the classical piano merge with the electronics of computers and synthesizers.

The dress code is not mandatory, but don’t you think you can have even more fun choosing the “Great Gatsby” style?  For women we suggest, light and soft dresses, fringes and beads, pearl necklaces. Men could wear shirts with rolled up sleeves, tie and wide trousers. Anyhow, whichever dress you choose, the important thing is to celebrate the sparkle of these glamorous nights and let yourself go to the emotions, not without a pinch of irony.
