Christmas Eve Dinner – December 24th 🎄

Indulge in the flavors of the sea with this special dinner:

  • Lobster salad with vegetables marinated in champagne vinegar
  • Assorted raw seafood: prawns, shrimp, and scampi
  • White seafood lasagna with clams and lime
  • Monkfish medallions and scampi with eggplant and Mediterranean-style broccoli puree
  • A sweet finish with Millefeuille with pastry cream and berries, plus traditional Panettone and Pandoro with sweet sauce and petit fours.

Vegetarian menu available, featuring dishes such as Vegetable tart and Millefeuille with taleggio sauce.

  • Pappardelle with duck ragù and porcini mushrooms
  • Lamb chops with crispy speck and crunchy vegetable julienne

All bookings made on the site shop.corihotels.it are paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) through PayPal. Payment is immediate and can also be made by those who do not have a Paypal account.

CANCELLATIONS: The amount will be refunded if cancellation is notified before 15th December 2024.

After this deadline, the payment will be non-refundable and non-transferable to other bookings.

In case of any cancellation, you must notify us by email to the following address. The email date will count as the cancellation date.

We will also fully reimburse you, in the case one of the events is cancelled.
