Elegance, Flavor, and Celebration to Welcome the New Year

Celebrate the arrival of 2026 in Venice with an unforgettable evening of fine dining, live music, and timeless Italian traditions.

The event begins at 7:30 PM with a gourmet welcome aperitif buffet, featuring a refined selection of traditional Venetian cicchetti and a glass of Prosecco.

Starting at 8:45 PM, enjoy a served gala dinner accompanied by live music. The menu includes an appetizer, two first courses, and two main courses – a culinary journey that blends creativity and tradition.

At 11:30 PM, we prepare to welcome midnight with Panettone and Pandoro, paired with Venetian sauces and fruit mustards.

As the clock strikes midnight, raise your glass of sparkling wine for the traditional New Year’s toast. Later, at 1:30 AM, we serve cotechino with lentils, the Italian symbol of luck and prosperity.

The celebration continues until 3:00 AM, with dancing, live music, and a DJ set to keep the party going.

Welcome Aperitif

Marinated salmon with red berries, yogurt and chives sauce, and mango gelée

First Courses
• Saffron risotto with seared scallops, beurre blanc and Gin Mare
• Beef and Barolo ravioli with porcini mushroom sauce and Castelmagno fondue

Main Courses
• Braised veal cheek in demi-glace sauce, with pumpkin purée and aromatic herbs
• Fillet of meagre fish in a delicate seafood broth

Children’s Menu (0–12 years)

We’ve created a special menu just for our young guests: simple and tasty.

The menu includes:

• Starter: Plate of Prosciutto Crudo (cured ham)

• First course: Pasta with meat ragù or tomato sauce

• Main course: Breaded veal cutlet (Milanese-style) with French fries

• Dessert: Traditional Christmas dessert

• Drinks: Water and 1 soft drink of choice

Price: euro 60,00 per kid

All bookings made on the site shop.corihotels.it are paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) .

CANCELLATIONS: The amount will be refunded if cancellation is notified before 20th December 2025.

After this deadline, the payment will be non-refundable and non-transferable to other bookings.

In case of any cancellation, you must notify us by email to the following address. The email date will count as the cancellation date.

We will also fully reimburse you, in the case one of the events is cancelled.
