New Year’s Eve 2025: Elegance and Tradition for a Fresh Start

Get ready to welcome 2025 with an evening of fine dining, live music, and Italian traditions. Our New Year’s Eve event begins at 7:00 PM with a gourmet aperitif buffet showcasing exquisite appetizers at our three exclusive stations: the Farmer’s Corner, the Charcuterie Corner, and the Fisherman’s Corner.

Starting at 8:30 PM, indulge in a served dinner accompanied by live music. The menu includes two first courses, two main courses, and a refreshing sorbet as a palate cleanser before the grand finale. At 11:30 PM, we prepare for the toast accompanied by panettone as we await midnight together.

At midnight, we celebrate the arrival of 2025! After the toast, at 1:30 AM, we will serve the traditional cotechino with lentils, a symbol of luck and prosperity.

The evening continues until 3:00 AM, with dancing and live music, accompanied by a DJ set. Dress code: elegant, for a touch of sophistication.

Book by November 30, 2024, to enjoy the special price of €275 per person, which includes mineral water (1/2 liter per person) and a welcome aperitif. Not included: wines during dinner and sparkling wine.

After November 30: The price will be €325 per person.

The evening’s menu includes:

WELCOME APERITIF

CHARCUTERIE CORNER
Venetian soppressa, traditional salami, prosciutto crudo, buffalo mozzarella, braided mozzarella, small mozzarella balls, breadsticks, baguettes, sourdough bread.

FARMER’S CORNER
Sweet and sour Treviso radicchio marinated with rose water, tempura vegetables, hummus with caramelized apple, artichoke quiches with goat cheese and mint, pumpkin in “saor” style, red beans and black cabbage.

FISHERMAN’S CORNER
Raw sea bass, raw amberjack, tuna crusted cubes, crispy shrimp, cod fritters, marinated salmon, grilled octopus with puffed amaranth.

Served Courses:

  • Artichoke and crispy speck cannelloni
  • Fish ravioli with citrus and bottarga
  • Fish fillet on a bed of black ink potato cream with julienne vegetables
  • Lime and raspberry sorbet
  • Beef fillet with saffron fondue and truffle
  • Traditional Panettone and Pandoro with assorted sauces

AFTER MIDNIGHT

  • Cotechino with lucky lentils
  • Petit fours

Event Duration: 8 hours

All bookings made on the site shop.corihotels.it are paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) .

CANCELLATIONS: The amount will be refunded if cancellation is notified before 20th December 2024.

After this deadline, the payment will be non-refundable and non-transferable to other bookings.

In case of any cancellation, you must notify us by email to the following address. The email date will count as the cancellation date.

We will also fully reimburse you, in the case one of the events is cancelled.
