New Year’s Eve 2025: Elegance and Tradition for a Fresh Start
Get ready to welcome 2025 with a night of delicious food, live music, and Italian traditions. Our New Year’s Eve event begins at 7:00 PM with a buffet aperitif, offering refined appetizers from our three exclusive corners: the Farmer’s Corner, the Butcher’s Corner, and the Fisherman’s Corner. Enjoy cocktails like Spritz and Americano, alongside a selection of local wines curated by our sommelier.
Starting at 8:30 PM, delight your taste buds with a served dinner accompanied by live music. The menu includes two first courses, two main courses, and a refreshing sorbet before the grand finale. At 11:30 PM, we prepare for the midnight toast with Panettone and Spumante, as we eagerly await the New Year.
At Midnight, we celebrate the arrival of 2025! After the toast, at 1:30 AM, the traditional cotechino with lentils, symbolizing luck and prosperity, will be served.
The night continues until 3:00 AM, with dancing and live music accompanied by a DJ set. Dress code: elegant for a touch of refinement.

After October 30: the cost will be €325 per person, all-inclusive.
Children’s menu available for children under 12, and upon request, we can also provide a vegetarian menu. For guests with gluten or dairy intolerance or other allergies, we are happy to offer alternative options.
The menu includes:
BUTCHER’S CORNER
Venetian Soppressa, homemade salami, Prosciutto crudo, buffalo mozzarella from Campania, mozzarella braid, mozzarella knots, and cherry mozzarella, breadsticks, baguettes, sourdough loaves.
FARMER’S CORNER
Late Treviso radicchio marinated in rose water with a sweet and sour touch, tempura vegetables, hummus with caramelized apple, quiches with fried artichokes, goat cheese, and mint, pumpkin in “saor”, red beans and kale.
FISHERMAN’S CORNER
Raw sea bass, raw amberjack, tuna cube in crust, crispy prawns, salted cod biscuit, marinated salmon, grilled octopus with puffed amaranth.
Served:
- Artichoke cannelloni with crispy speck
- Fish ravioli with citrus and bottarga
- Catch of the day fillet on squid ink potato cream and julienne vegetables
- Lime and raspberry sorbet
- Beef fillet with saffron fondue and truffle
- Traditional Panettone and Pandoro with their sauces
AFTER MIDNIGHT
- Cotechino with lucky lentils
- Petit fours
Event Duration: 8 hours.
All bookings made on the site shop.corihotels.it are paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) .
CANCELLATIONS: The amount will be refunded if cancellation is notified before 20th December 2024.
After this deadline, the payment will be non-refundable and non-transferable to other bookings.
In case of any cancellation, you must notify us by email to the following address. The email date will count as the cancellation date.
We will also fully reimburse you, in the case one of the events is cancelled.
